Emirates club is preparing to hold the first Ramadan football Sevens tournament


The organizing committee of the Ramadan tournament at the Emirates club has announced the opening of registration for sports teams to participate in the first football tournament to be held during the holy month at the club.  Abdullah Ibrahim al Taweel, vice chairman of the Emirates football Company and chairman of the organizing committee of the tournament, which will be closed for registration on February 28, said that organizing this tournament comes within the framework of the keenness and interest of the club's Board of directors to strengthen the community role and attract young talents in various sports events, praising the positive impact that these sports events contribute to touching the energy of young people, and their great impact in creating a positive atmosphere based on the spirit of honest competition, in addition to its distinguished role in instilling the values of perseverance, sophistication and youth and humanitarian cooperation among members of society in the holy month. He explained that the tournament will start on the second day of Ramadan and until 19 Ramadan with the participation of 24 teams will be divided into 5 groups and the first will receive the Championship Cup and a cash prize of 25 thousand dirhams and the second place will receive a cash prize of 10 thousand dirhams and there are prizes for the scorer, the best player and the best goalkeeper in the tournament .Al-Tawil added that the UAE Football Association Law will be applied in the tournament for the football sevens and the matches will be managed by referees accredited by the Federation . The committee monitored various daily prizes for the tournament's audience, in addition to holding some events and competitions, and the tournament will be accompanied by live and direct transmission through the club's official websites and there will be commentators on the matches to add an atmosphere of excitement and pleasure to the audience .He's back in the Pro League.
